Facts
The French Cycling Federation (Fédération Française de Cyclisme, FFC) charges respondent M26 for a violation of the Anti-Doping Rules. During a cycling event on May 17, 2009, a sample for doping test purposes was provided. The analysis of the sample showed the presence from exogenous origin of metabolites of testosterone. Exogenous testosterone is a prohibited substance according the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) prohibited list.
History
The respondent claims that he tested positive because he had used DHEA to suppress his sex urge. Also he mentions irregularities during the doping control.

1. The decision of the disciplinary committee of the FCC, dated October 17, 2009, will not be modified (acquittal).
